Shipping Info

Most orders ship within 7 business days after being placed. Please allow up to two weeks for any handmade creations like kokedama or plant mounts to ship. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to you when your item(s) ship from our store with tracking information. Your order may ship in multiple boxes when we feel its safest for your plant or planters. 

If you have any issues with your order please email us at info@florafaunaatl.com within 24 hours of receiving your shipment. Please include your order number and clear photos if your item(s) arrived damaged.
