Can you return plants?
Simply put, No. All plants are final sale, and we are not responsible for a live plants care once it leaves our possession.
At this time, Flora/Fauna does not accept returns on plants, but we do guarantee every plant will be received in good health and quality.
If your plant or pot arrived damaged please email us at info@florafaunaatl.com with your order number and a photo of your damaged plant or item.
With that being said, we are always here to help should you have any questions about taking care of your new plant!
Can you return planters or care products? Yes.
We take great care selecting the best products for our customers that will help support and enhance your plant life. If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept returns and exchanges on unused or unopened products within 30 days of purchase.
